Broadway Performer, Educator & Speaker
Jennifer DiNoia is a Broadway performer, educator, and speaker who has spent more than two decades building a career around taking risks, navigating uncertainty, and learning what it means to keep choosing yourself.
Best known for her work as Elphaba in Wicked, Jennifer has performed the role more than 2,400 times across seven companies and four countries, including on Broadway. Today, she brings the lessons of a life in the theater into classrooms, workshops, and conversations about courage, resilience, reinvention, and the messy space between fear and possibility.
As a performer, educator, entrepreneur, and mother, Jennifer is deeply interested in what happens when we stop waiting to feel completely ready and take the jump anyway.
Ashwinn Krishnaswamy

Ashwinn Krishnaswamy is an entrepreneur, content creator, and brand strategist who has built a career around turning ideas into businesses, challenging traditional career paths, and finding new ways to connect creativity with entrepreneurship.
From co-founding startups to building a creative agency and growing an audience of more than 600,000 followers across social media, Ashwinn has made a career out of wearing multiple hats. Today, he is the co-founder of consumer brand Sun Powder and the creator behind @shwinnabego, where he shares insights on branding, business, and the creator economy. Along the way, he has collaborated with companies including Google, Adobe, and LinkedIn.
As a founder, creator, and advisor, Ashwinn represents a new generation of professionals who are redefining what a successful career can look like, embracing independence, experimentation, and the freedom to build a career on their own terms.
